Goldsky Resources has completed its acquisition of Elemental Royalty Corporation's Nordic business unit, gaining regional infrastructure in northern Sweden, exploration equipment, and a technical team. The deal involves staged payments totaling approximately 3.25 million SEK (~US$360,000) over two years, with payments split between cash and company shares. Elemental retains a 1% net smelter return royalty on new projects in Sweden and Finland within five years.
